Fly Old Glory with this Kit
Very happy with it. Looks great in my front yard. No issues with wind or anything else. Keep in mind that it has no ropes to lower/raise the flag and you have to take it down to fly at half staff, but if that's not an issue, it's a great kit with a durable U.S. flag.

It is as advertised
This pole unit seems very sturdy and well built. Every thing was in the box except for a "blue cover" for the bottom of the ground sleeve. No problem, some packing tape worked fine. It is really simple to install if you have any skills whatsoever. The hole I dug was about 18" x 18" in rocky soil. I then drove 4, 2' pieces of re-bar deep into the hole and let them stick up about a foot. This ties the soil to the concrete. I used 3 bags of 50# quick setting concrete to fill the hole and kept the level on the sleeve and one section of the pole in perfect alignment during the pour. It's that easy. Attaching the two ( US and Texas) flags was simple and as per the instructions. I opted for a solar top light and it fit perfectly with this system. It looks amazing, the 21' pole is perfect in my yard. At this price point this is a great product. I will add to the review when I have some high wind weather.

Lightweight but very sturdy
Pole was easy to install and is able to withstand very high winds. It is lightweight and one person can install or remove it. The half-staff procedure also works well.

Great pole for the money
I accidentally purchased the Defender 21' instead of the Liberty. Decided that I would use it. Figured I would not be putting up and taking down the flag too often so ok. I used 3 50# bags of post setting cement (pour dry cement in and add water. No mixing. Works great. . I put 3" of gravel in the bottom of the hole. Put 1 bag of cement and leveled the sleeve. Put 1 gallon of water in and let sit for 10 minutes. Put next bag in the same and then the 3rd. Nice because no mixing. I left it to dry for 24 hours. Sleeve is very sturdy. Left approx 5" of sleeve. 2.5" covered in dirt/gravel and 2.5" above ground. Have had winds up to 25 mph so far. The pole sways back and forth but not excessive. The pole moves a tiny bit in the sleeve but no concern yet. Sleeve is steady. The section pole is great as long as you don't install or remove in high winds without help. I am going to put screws in the lower joints so that it can not just be lifted out of the ground and taken, not because it needs it. Pole sections fit together nice and tight. I really like the light on top. Kept reading that LED lights are not bright but this one is perfect. Nice circle of light around the pole. Neighbors love it. Have been commenting all week. The flag is much better quality than I thought it would be. One con is that I had to take the washer that sits on the no wrap sleeve to get the no wrap feature to work. I have not yet called the company on it. Not sure what they would do anyway. Will update review if there are problems. Over all it is a great flagpole for a great price. Quality seems to be above average.

Flying Proudly
Pros: Great price, one nylon US Flag included, easy to assemble (but takes two people to put fully assembled pole with attached flag into the base pole because it is long and heavy when assembled), looks amazing, company provides card with information for easy & free replacement of the brass truck / ball if it is dented or damaged when received, can fly two flags simultaneously, can fly flags at half staff, can adjust the height easily by removing sections of the pole. Proven it can withstand 40-50 MPH storm wind gusts when at 16 foot height of pole. Cons: The packaging box it was sent in was damaged / raggedly torn on one end and cheaply taped to try to keep parts from falling out of the box (not sure where the damage occurred, but the box is flimsy and not packed well), thankfully all of the parts were still there. With our rocky and hard clay soil, it was very hard to dig down deep enough for the base pole to be all the way in the ground and it takes a lot of concrete to fill entire depth around the base pole. Wobbles a good amount during higher winds when at its full 21 foot height. I do not recommend using one of the top-mounted LED pole light assemblies as it added weight and increased the wobble of the assembled pole when at 21 FT. I took mine off and installed solar ground lights instead. We have now flown our flags with the pole sections assembled to around 11 FT, 16 FT, and the full 21 FT. 21 foot height looks the best, but is less stable. 16 foot height handled a sudden storm that popped up and had gusts of up to 50 MPH. The 11 foot height handled heavy downpour with no concern or damage to the flags or the poles. Were able to fly both the US flag and my Marine Corps flag together at all three heights. Just remove or add as many sections of pole as you would like in order to change the height. For price, ease of assembly, material quality, and two-flag features, I give it an easy 4 stars. The amount of wobble with winds at the full 21 FT height and the need for two people every time you want to add or remove sections knocks it down from 5 stars to 4.

Made in USA!
Kit arrived fast and intact, good instructions and seems well made. I used 500lbs of sacrete for the base…

Simply amazing!
I have spent the last 8 years remodeling every inch of my house and I can honestly say that nothing has brought me more joy than this project! This flagpole will transform your entire house into a majestic thing of beauty and pride! No one has selflessly given their own lives more than our veteran's and first responders and I am proud to honor both! This flag pole, and embroidered flag are extremely high quality and American made. The beautiful gold ball at the top is just the icing on the cake. I followed the directions starting with the hole which needs to be 12-18 inches at the top and funnel down to 8 inches at the bottom (26 inches of depth). Drop 3 inches of gravel into bottom of hole and set sleeve in hole letting it protrude from ground 1 inch to avoid debris. Pour concrete around sleeve while covering top hole to avoid concrete spilling in. Hole took approximately 2.25-80 pound bags. Drop 1 section of flag pole into sleeve and level on all sides. Allow concrete to cure for 24 before setting entire pole in. Flags snap on to the included rings and hardware with total ease. The results will take your breath away! I spent an entire afternoon reminding myself that we live in the greatest country on earth! Thank you to all who have served!!!!!! 1000% recommend this high quality product.

Its was a good idea..Buuut
Very nice, sturdy pole... but... the engineering dept of the owner's company didn't think any further... like for example, I bought this pole because i.d the feature that it's made for 2 flags, and at 15, 20 ft... mine is 21 feet.. anyway, in case that I wanted to utilize these half mast feature, I'm forced to set up the pole at the 20 ft stage... in order to use 2 flags.. well...I don't want to use 20 ft. Because I live in a senior citizen apt complex at 15 ft. Is where ther top of the roof is... so I use 15 ft. Which is good height for my building.. well, the problem is, is that now I'll have to drill another hole install the push button on the opposite side of the already push button hole, so that I can fly my 2 flags at half mast. Although, this is an American company, and made here in the US, I'm very disappointed at the engineer, the owner, and the production crew, for not going that little.... little... extra way... like America does. Also, the plastic parts that allow the flag to swivel and hold on to the first flag at the top Does Not inspire confidence in maintaining the flag secure to the top or any of the other plastics that are used to hold the 1st and 2sd flag secure to the pole. I'll let you know later, if those plastic parts hold up to Texas sun... I'm thinking of maybe replacing the plastics,, with metal attachments and adding my own..lanyard..
