Great quality disk. Very durable. If I had it to do over again I would have purchased the regular disk and not this one that automatically separates the bait. I don't think it's necessary.

It's ok. If you are only going on the ice for a short time, or if you don't intend to catch a limit then buy this. It's too small to leave out, as the bait will freeze. I went back to the larger puck last winter because of lost (dead) bait. ......But it was a colder than normal winter.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. We went ice fishing with Grandpa and it seems that Grandpa liked it so much that he claimed it for himself! I bought more to pacify the all the fishermen in the family. The guys say that these are the best bait pucks they have ever seen. Really handy and useful. This is well worth the money. Great item!!!!
