Q: can i charge airpod pro ?

YES! It charges the airpod pro, and it fits perfectly in the cutout cradle...you have to look at it...the cradle is indented in a cross-shape...one saddle is smaller (for 2nd gen airpods) and runs front to back. The larger indent runs side to side. I promise it works! I have airpod pro and fits perfectly.

Q: Does the airpod pro case fit in the slot on the charging pad?

No it doesn’t fit in the space, and as far as I can see, it doesn’t charge. The red light goes on as if it’s charging, but goes out after a few seconds.

Q: Does it work with Samsung products aswell

The watch charger does not work with my Samsung active watch

Q: When you charge your phone does your phone have to be on?

On any Qi phone charger like this, your phone does not necessarily have to be unlocked or the screen lit up for it to charge. And if you shut your phone all the way off and set it on there, it will turn back on and charge just fine.
