Had a tonsillectomy and this was an absolute life saver helped with neck/throat pain as well as ear pain. Made my days a lot more comfortable and helped me actually sleep at night! The shape is adjustable and is really flexible if you need it to hit a right spot. As well as super easy to use, says the instructions on each individual ice pack so you know exactly how long to freeze or heat it up. Honestly super happy with the purchase and would 1000% recommend!

This is really great. The ice gel packs are really good as they're still flexible, even though they're frozen and providing that 'ice pack feel'. The face wrap is good and comfortable, with a velcro strap to hold it all together. The gel pack stays cold for a long time. You also get 2 lots of the ice packs (4 in total), which is great for swapping out to refreeze them. We haven't used it warm as yet, but it looks very simple to warm up. The size is good. Very effective.

Bought for my sister post tonsillitis surgery. She said was the best thing she got for relieving the pain. Has two sets of ice packs so you can have one set freezing while using the other. Fabric nice and soft.

I've been suffering with a misaligned jaw for over a year, causing my migraines to be worse. A friend suggested trying this. It's easy to use, fits fine (And I have a large head) It really does help with jaw pain & migraine, tried a cold compress before which only seemed to make it worse. It’s very comforting, a pleasant sensation & helps you to relax, my only real gripe is that the heat doesn't last very long. If you are suffering from any jaw, tooth or headache, then I would certainly give it a try. It's not overly expensive & far better than popping pills.

Works perfectly for my sisters tmj jaw problem, very easy to heat up and use. She has sensory issues and said it was very comfortable to wear and provided immediate relief. Also our cat enjoys the heat so extra cuddles!

I used this product cause I had my tonsils removed. It is life saving. The strap is perfect for any size cause it can be adjusted and regulated, while the pads can be frozen or used warm. I still use it for various reasons and it’s something that is always useful to have in the house

I bought as have a wisdom tooth - you can only wear for 20 mins at a time. Helped a bit but not as good as I’d hoped.
