Fits well, super comfortable!
Works perfectly for my sisters tmj jaw problem, very easy to heat up and use. She has sensory issues and said it was very comfortable to wear and provided immediate relief. Also our cat enjoys the heat so extra cuddles!

Great for dental surgery
I ordered this as I was having dental surgery for a full set of implants. This has been fantastic in keeping the swelling down and helping with pain relief.

Comfortable but cools v quickly
Bought this to help relieve ear and jaw pain after a tonsillectomy. Was quick to heat up, very comfortable to wear but did cool down quite rapidly. I couldn't have been without it though.

Split in ice pack
One of the ice packs has a split in it causing a leak. Can a replacement be sent instead of returning the whole product?

Really well made
I used this product cause I had my tonsils removed. It is life saving.The strap is perfect for any size cause it can be adjusted and regulated, while the pads can be frozen or used warm.I still use it for various reasons and it’s something that is always useful to have in the house
