Takes a little more effort than a single hole faucet ...
Takes a little more effort than a single hole faucet to install, but has a very clean and elegant look.

Extremely disappointing - worst faucet and FAR below expectations
So, this is a very good looking expensive faucet. You would think that for the money you get quality German engineering? Think again. We had two of these, plus a bath tub version installed in 2019. About a year later, the faucet started to be hard to turn. It still worked; but it was hard to turn and it didn't turn the full 90 degree, only about 45. I lived with it for over a year, and finally decided that we should get it fixed. Little did I know of what that means! First, the remodeling company that installed it for the first place reached out to the manufacturer to ask about warranty. I assumed it will be a simple fix; or at most a replacement part. The company immediately sent us two replacement faucets (two because this model is discontinued by the company). That alone should - and did - raise a red flag. Plus i did not want faucets that don't match the tub, and found this on Amazon, so bought it. $500 when I did. The next challenge came when we tried to remove the faucet. It is impossible. There is a thick washer looking thing that screws onto the bottom part, and then the handle screws onto that - and they do not unscrew, once on. Tried WD40, penetrating oil, rubber grabber tools - nothing. We had to pay a plumber company come out and they too were unable to remove it, they had to use power tools to cut the thing in half. At which point I was worried that they will damage the countertop, which luckily did not happen. Then they installed the new handle. Immediately as installed, the handle is wobbling a little. As does one of the remaining onces. So now, out of the 4 handles (2 cold, 2 hot): the newly installed one wobbles; the cold on the same side /which is the more frequently used faucet/ is starting to be hard to turn, just like the one we replaced. On the other faucet, the hot side is as it should be, and the cold wobbles. For what is a close to $1000 faucet from the manufacturer (yes, amazon has it cheaper, but still), I would expect much, much better.

Beautiful. But flawed design.
Hansgrohe ruined this faucet with the new escutcheon/handle engineering. Should have a separate retaining nut for the valve body. The way these are designed you need to remove the handle/escutcheon AND valve to remove the cartridge because the escutcheons will freeze and lock to the lower nut. If you are even able to remove the handle you will need to replace it. Hansgrohe is great about sending out new handle kits but replacing trim every time you replace a cart is a joke. Most higher end brands are doing this. Even CAL 😩

Beautiful, functional, but design flaw
This product looked good on paper, and looked just as good in real life........I had a plumber install, and it was not simple. This is not a do it yourself. Installed today............so looks good and functions well. But plumber says design flaw is that when you have to remove a handle (like to replace a ceramic cartridge), the flange underneath the handle is not designed so that it can be removed without damaging it........so hopefully it will last forever.

Not same quality
Grohe has been my favorite brand till this.. wide spread faucet only a year old and both hot and cold stems are hard to turn on and off, also finish is peeling off like a cheap faucet does under handles

Great Lines
We have used Hansgrohe in other bathrooms. The particular faucet has very simple, clean lines and sturdy feel. Great water flow.

lovely but faulty
We have five of these sets in our house, however the hot supply valves seize up over time and become difficult / impossible to turn. I've replaced two and am about to replace a third, after only 7 years. I'll give two stars because the company has honored the lifetime warranty and shipped replacements with no fuss.
