Great for the Price
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought this stand for my 50' tv and it fits almost perfect, just barely hangs off the ends (which I figured it would since it's only meant for a 42' tv). The shipping for this only took 3 days. None of the parts were damaged and all of the pieces were included. Easy to assemble instructions and very sturdy shelf. It has a nice casual but classy design. Definitely one of the best you will find for this price

Nice, Simple, Inexpensive TV Stand
Just received this TV stand 3 days ago, and I was very pleased with the finished product. I gave it 5 stars considering the quality for the price. It arrived earlier than anticipated, and was fairly easy to put together. I put it together myself when I had expected to have to recruit help. I am not very handy when it comes to things like this so it felt like quite an accomplishment to be able to assemble this myself without aid. It took about 3-4 hours, for me, total to assemble. Instructions were thorough and easy to understand. It looks exactly like the picture, and it's just slightly smaller than I expected, which was not a problem.

Good enough to recommend
Pros: -Low cost compared to much of the competition. I paid $109 in total, I know some paid even less, as little as $63. If you can get a brand-new one at that price, buy it, it's a steal! -Compact, perfect for a bedroom or small living room, as long as you're not planning to put a HUGE TV on it. -Surprisingly sturdy. -Simple, easy-to-follow instructions. -Looks very nice, it looks like it's black. -Decent storage/display space considering its somewhat compact size. -Despite the instructions telling you not to, driving the screws in with a drill is totally acceptable(with some exceptions) and I highly recommend it, so long as you take it easy, low and slow. -The drawer rails are smooth as butter and work perfectly. The drawer space is fine too. Nothing crazy, but it can certainly hold a few items you might want to keep out of sight. I put some extraneous electronics equipment and accessories I don't use often in there(Wiimote + Nunchuk, and some basic Switch accessories, among other items). Everything fits with some room to spare. Cons: -Cheap Made-in-China hardware. To be fair, this is generally the norm these days. Thankfully, good enough to get the job done without any disasters. I've experienced far worse in the past. -There were a couple steps that required driving screws directly into the particle board, with somewhat difficult alignment.(If you're using a drill, DO NOT use it on Step 5, there aren't any pre-made holes on the sides of the shelf panel; play it safe and just suffer through it with a screwdriver, just in case.) -Drawer handle is a cheap plastic piece of crap. It isn't the absolute worst thing in the world, it works fine, but a suitable stainless steel or brass replacement might be preferred. -Drawer bottom is crazy thin; about as thin as the cardboard back panel, and only slightly more sturdy. -Cardboard back panel. It works, but it's not exactly the ideal material. It took me about... an hour and 45 minutes to put together? Somewhere around there. I started using a drill when I was attaching the bottom panel, so it would have taken a lot longer had I stuck with a regular screwdriver the whole time. I very slightly misaligned some panels(Step 5 is difficult), but not badly, it looks great and any misalignment is unnoticeable unless you look really closely. I inspected all the panels right away. The top panel is chipped on the back-left corner. Due to its location, one would have to look for it to see it. I would contact Sauder for a replacement piece, but since it's a small blemish, I might just get a touch-up pen instead. All of the other panels and pieces were flawless. I ordered this on Wednesday, Sept 16, and got it on the 18th. The estimated delivery date was the 24th, so that was a nice surprise. TL;DR, it's a perfectly fine piece of furniture overall, but expect some flaws and downsides to come with it. I recommend it if you're looking for a bedroom TV stand/entertainment center on a budget. If you've got the money to burn, or want something taller/longer, this might not be the best choice for you. I'm certainly happy with it though. UPDATE: July 7, 2021 Just want to include some information as to longevity and care. This TV stand is still perfectly fine. I also noticed after writing the review initially, that I put the back panel on upside down but it hasn't caused me any problems. I could take it off and re-apply it, but it's not necessary. As for care, I just occasionally wipe it down with a slightly damp paper towel. Hasn't caused any damage. I will note, however, this thing really shows dust pretty quickly, but it's very easy to clean so it isn't a big deal.

Not cherry cinnamon color
The color of this was nearly black. You could best describe it as black walnut. It had several scratches or mars and some little chips. You can tell the laminate did not go on smooth in some places. I paid $112. I can see several people paid as low as $63. I wanted the dark cherry colored, as pictured. It serves my purpose, as it holds my large light weight 65” TV. Good instructions and helpful pictures. Took some time to put together and feels solid.

Great little entertainment center
Moved in with the girlfriend and needed a small entertainment center to have my own little gaming corner, this fit perfectly in an unused doorway of this room (don’t ask, old New England homes have 500 doors per room, makes no sense) There was one panel that was a tad beat up but luckily it was in a spot you’ll never see so I wasn't worried. The instructions are clear and entertaining, giving you good detailing and even telling you to stop for a drink! It took about 45 minutes to assemble not really rushing with a ratcheting screwdriver, the book even says don’t use power tools, if you use a drill on particle board you’ll strip the holes before you realize you had the power up too high. I do wish the shelving on the side had a few more height options but otherwise I’m pleased with my little nerdy gaming center and for under $120 you can’t go wrong!

Amazing Value and Quality
I'm really happy with the look of this TV stand and how sturdy it is. I was hoping to find an inexpensive stand that could also double as a bookshelf, and this is it! We have a 65" TV on top with no problem, and lots of books. The drawer is great for video game controllers. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Cheap
It was a pain to build (took me HOURS) and it's not even built correctly. If I move out my current house, I don't think I can take it with me as it'll fall apart, mainly the top of it. I just couldn't get it in right when drilling.

) It was easy to put together
I ordered this the beginning of the month (September) and received it before the estimated the arrival date. (Yay!) It was easy to put together, and held a 40" TV perfectly. I love the color. It perfectly matches the Sauder media center that I had purchased previously. Now, for the bad--The bottom shelf came damaged. There was a decent sized piece missing from the front of it. A quick call to Amazon got me a replacement sent out (next day). Unfortunately that was also damaged, but less noticeable. Instead of going through Amazon again, I made a call to Sauder. They were phenomenal. I got a replacement part shipped out, and should be arriving in 2-4 business days. So here's the thing: Yes, it's a "cheap" piece of furniture. The plus side: It does what it's supposed to do. Don't overload it, and it'll last forever. And if you have any problems, Amazon and Sauder are more than willing to resolve the issue.
