Yes, but the brush is one of the worst brushes I've ever used! The two or three times I used it, I had to use a brush from an old tube of mascara. This isn't even a brush - it's a piece of plastic with little plastic spikes. I threw it away.

This specific one is not waterproof. But, I have been using it for many years and it is VERY water resistant. I have never had it run or smear during regular wear, yet it washes off easily in the shower with soap and water.

This is the ONLY mascara that I have found that does NOT flake!!! It is sooooo good!!!
