Instead of pasta I love this. The price is great. I don’t have to run to the store, and see they have run out of it. The taste is great, but I add stuff to it. There’s no smell. I do wash it before I cook it. The quality is the same as I get in the store.

Couscous is so easy to make and has a delicious flavor. I keep this at my office so I can make lunch quickly. I add one quarter cup of the couscous to about 5 oz to 8 oz of hot water. Put it in the microwave for about 1 minute, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Add a little salt and cheese with some veggies and you have a great meal. The container makes 18 servings, so it also is very affordable.

5 stars for shipping and packing. It arrived in great shape. Couscous is a super fast homemade meal. To cook, I measure the couscous and a little EVOO and salt into a food-thermos. Then add pre-measured boiling water. I have an electric hot water kettle that makes this really easy. Seal the thermos for about 20 minutes, then spoon into a bowl or plate. Serve with whatever topping you prefer. I like to mix garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and feta cheese. Regarding price. This brand is $7.99 per container in the grocery store. So whenever Amazon sells the 4-pack for less than $32 it is a good deal.
