I got this for my 80 year old dad who has a really bad knee. He said it does help him feel more stable.

It is difficult to say but the wrap did not line up properly. The materials is okay but since it did not line up with the knee, we returned it right away. It did not line up on how the way the knee bends.

I wanted this to work but the level of support is limited due to the fact that it slips so you're constantly readjusting it. When it stays in place (inconsistently) it works great.

It has cut down the pain on my knee when I run but the top strap will fall down (from above my knee cap to below it) and meet the lower strap while I’m running. It doesn’t effect my run or my knee but I wouldn’t have gone with the double if I had known it was not going to stay above my knee cap.

Purchased for my cousin and she lives it. She is bitter having the moderate pain she was experiencing

Don't know how it works, but it does.

Not worth it. It doesn’t stay in place and end up being a single strap by the time you move around and it slides. Don’t waste your money.
