IsoStrength Complete Body System

I thought I was purchasing an isometric exercise product but there is nothing isometric about this. The few exercises you can do on it says to do 10-20 reps with 3 sets. That sounds like traditional isotonic to me... I do like out it's super portable but the only useful exercise is the resistance push up. Everything else is useless. I'm sure that guy in the picture is not getting a workout at all.

Note that for standing curls and other similar exercises, the cable will not stretch far enough to allow a complete movement. If you stand over 5'7", this will be the case - and you can see the same in the photo of the male model attempting a curl.

This makes the medical rubber band look like toys. Great construction and does what it says it can do. Great work out!

I've always struggled to commit to a gym membership given I am constantly on the road. Knowing how hard it is to commit to a daily workout regimen, I was looking for an easily portable, lightweight system that I could keep with me and utilize no matter the location. IsoStrength Complete Body has become my gym in a bag! You can work nearly the entire body and get an amazing toning and building routine. It cradles your back, feet, shoulders etc and the handles allow you to choose your own resistance! I don't think I have ever experienced such an effective chest or back workout! The IsoStrength Website has been great teaching me all the different routines available with simple, descriptive pictures. And this is a QUALITY product. Probably the third one I bought but this one blows the others out of the water. Don't waste your money on the other cheap looking ones. It's very durable and you can see/feel the quality right away. I'm buying one for my picky friend and mother-in-law!

Overall a good product but you cant really use it for serious exercise. You have to exert a lot of strength and power just to stay balanced. Also maintaining the correct posture while doing the actual exercise is very hard. Not a replacement for traditional exercise machines/dumbbells/weights.

Been using IsoStrength for months with my wife and now she's buying her own! We both love the gear since it's so clever in putting an entire workout into one simple, durable, and portable product. My flexability (which i thought i lost forever) has immensely and rapidly increased and now I'm much more toned and feel stronger. Definitely felt a difference from my first use. It's not like the other products which we toss into our exercise grave! This is the only product I use now for my entire body - legs, arms, chest, back, shoulders. If anyone out there finds another exercise for this product, other than the ones on the OoZeeki website, please post! We've been quite creative using it and the functionality is endless. I'm hoping to start running again and playing some sports since after using IsoStrength, I won't risk tearing my muscles or have something fall off me. Love this product!! Now I'm back in the game!!

It allows you to get a full body resistance workout without needing extra equipment. It has a much different feel than using rubber resistance bands or tubing. If you combine it with the IsoStrength Lite Stretch System and/or the IsoStrength Travel Stretch System it gives you everything you need for a complete stretching and resistance workout. You can fold them up, put them in a small bag, and take them with you. It makes it easy to get a workout in when you're traveling.

The best stretch, toning device I've ever had. I have a terrible back condition, and running through the isoStrength exercises has made a HUGE difference in my lower back pain. I also do high reps with many of the exercises, then at the end of the last rep do a isometric hold for 10-20 seconds. Believe it or not, you can gain strength. The criticism that there is not enough resistance for real strength training is moot, as the isoStrength was developed to combine stretching, toning and strengthening of the muscles all at once.This is also a great device to take when you are TRAVELING, as you can get a stretch-toning-strength workout without running to a gym, and it folds up to less the size of a shirt.
