Mac Makeup has always been one of my top 3 favorite brands. I've been a huge RuPaul fan since I was a teenager. I used to be one of those that only spent the extra money on the high-end foundations, concealers, and mascaras, thinking that all lipsticks and liners were pretty much the same quality. OMG how I was so wrong! The difference between mac lipsticks and drug store brands cannot be compared on the same scale. I am a professional freelance makeup artist and have pretty much tried everything, and my go-to lipstick brand has always been mac. You can't go wrong. Their colors are highly pigmented and not over drying, and they stay on for a long time. This color can pretty much go with anything. I've used it with a number of lipliners and it blends effortlessly into pretty much any shade I use. This is a good neutral staple to keep in your makeup bag. It has a buildable neutral coverage with a slight shine. Depending on the occasion, I often like to top it with some mac lip glass to add a more luxurious look and shine to my lips, especially for evening events. Looks great on all skin types. Although I find it pops more with a fairer skin complexion. A very versatile color.

This is actually my favorite color that I always use every day at work and when I go out. I'm glad I found it here on Amazon because it was more affordable than when I bought it at the MAC store. If I run out of this again, I'll definitely buy it here again.

I purchased this lipstick because MAC is frequently touted as one of the longest lasting brands. I've worn this one only one time so far, but it does seem to stay on. No complaints there. Quality aside, though, I'm writing this review to comment on the color. It's hard to judge a color when purchasing online, of course, so here's my take on it if anyone (like I was) is unsure if it is the red they are looking for. It is not a deep, dark red like it looks in the picture. It is not a blood red or even a rusty red. To me, it is a shade or two lighter than a classic red, and it has an almost pink/orange undertone that gives it some extra brightness. I want to like it, but it's just a little too glaring on me for daily use. It makes too much of a "look at my lips" statement for that. It would be great for evening, or for an intentionally bold look. If that's what you want, you're in luck. It is a quality lipstick.

I only buy Mac lipsticks now- glad to see it is on amazon. The best lipsticks ever - long lasting color and so much variety!

Love this color I have brought several times and would buy again but it makes NO SENSE TO CHARGE THIS MUCH. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Non riuscivo bene a capire che colore fosse, finché non l ' ho provato. Come si vede dalla foto è tendente al rosa, ma dà un effetto nude. È il primo rossetto che provo di facile stesura, le labbra veramente rimangono morbide. Ha un effetto più opaco che brillantinato, la durata è di qualche ora se non si mangia o beve, per cui non è no- transfert. Io preferisco così, ritoccarlo più volte se necessario, rispetto a quei rossetti che non si tolgono neanche con lo struccante!

Colour is perfect, just like shown in the ad. And although it's matt, it's still not dry. Love it!
