excellent quality
I bought a five drawer cabinet not realizing the drawers did not come with it. The description said it did come with the drawers, so I bit the bullet and paid more for the drawers than I did for the cabinet. Realizing the quality was far better than I expected I'm still happy. If I had a tight budget I would have given a bottom line poor rating because of the misleading description.

Not very rugged
I'm rather disappointed in the quality of these boxes. They are fabricated with 22 Gauge sheet metal (about 1/32" thick)... thus, they are a bit flimsy and easily bent. I ordered four boxes, and every one arrived bent or dinged up in some way. I've added a photo as evidence of this. I'll straighten out all the damaged ones, but why should I have to? I'd exchange them, but judging from other reviews, I have no reason to believe I'd receive boxes in any better condition. They're cheap enough for me to not worry about the fixable damage, but they cost enough to be annoyed with the problems. Back in the day, circa 1975 BC (Before China), these probably would have been fabricated in the USA out of sheet metal twice as thick, and they would have survived the trip from supplier to customer, without damage. Unfortunately, outsourcing to China, has served to degrade the quality of manufactured goods... even those made in the USA. The ISO9000 quality standard Durham touts is meaningless. Quality control is nothing more than conformance to self-imposed standards, and if the standard you set is too low, quality control means nothing. Perhaps the recent corporate tax cuts will help usher in a new era of American made quality and durability... I am optimistic in that regard. With all that said, I still like these boxes. The plastic tray inserts seem well made, and I like the options available. I have these boxes loaded up with nuts and bolts, and a few of them weigh upwards of 40 pounds. Two of the boxes I received, had the wire part of the lid latch separated from the mechanism, and I had to re-attach them. The box handle is spot welded to the box, but there is no way I'd try to pick up a 40 pound box made of 22 Gauge sheet metal, using the handle... maybe if the handle mounting plate were riveted to the box, but it is not. I'm not going to use the handle for anything more than puling the box out of the slide rack... which at the time of this review, I do not have yet. I hope the slide rack is a little more rugged than the boxes it is designed to hold..Bottom line: Flimsy construction of the outer shell aside, these are a decent buy for the money. Had the manufacturer fabricated these of 18 gauge sheet metal, it would have been a five star product.Addendum:Just wanted to share what I use to store multiple small items in the same bin. Aluminum tins are available in multiple sizes, that fit perfectly in the bins. I use 2 ounce and 3 ounce tins, but they are available in larger sizes as well. The diameters are all the same (2.68"), but the heights vary according to volume. Rugged!!
These boxes are so well built. The thing about the metal ones is that they last for decades. Super happy with them.

Great drawers!
These are drawers designed to be used in the sliding racks. They are great quality, just like their sliding racks. The divider piece is plastic and one solid piece that fits in the metal drawer (comes together.) It has a scoop function so the bottom of the individual areas is curved to allow you to scoop all the contents out with one easy motion. These are great, with several different sizes to choose from.
