The absolute best I've found, and I have tried them all. A snug fit without being too tight prevent leakage better than any other, the brand does not feel thick and massive, and it holds and impressive amount of fluid. The other brands have been relegated to the back of the linen closet, and I've put this one on subscription. Love it.

I’ve been using Tena Incontinence Underwear for Men for a while, and overall, they get the job done, but there are some areas where I think they could be better. The absorbency is decent, providing a good level of protection for light to moderate leaks. They fit snugly and are fairly comfortable to wear throughout the day without feeling too bulky.One thing I do appreciate is the discreet design. They don’t show much under clothes, which is a big plus when I’m out and about. However, the waistband could be a bit more comfortable. After extended wear, it tends to dig in a little, which can be bothersome during longer periods of activity.While the protection is solid for daytime use, I’ve found that they don’t hold up as well overnight or in situations where a higher level of absorbency is needed. In those cases, I need to be more cautious or use additional protection.In summary, Tena Incontinence Underwear for Men is a decent option for everyday use, especially for light to moderate needs, but there are some comfort issues.

I will start off by saying this: leaks happen, they always will, but it’s the frequency that matters. You’re looking at an interface between a bunch of open holes surrounded by an absorbent layer. That being said, I love the fit of these—out of the box they fit comfortably, but snugly for the size. This makes leaks less likely. I have been wearing them as overnight underwear while I work through my little drinking problem and I haven’t had a problem with leaks yet. If you’re wearing them as overnight underwear, you’ll have more luck if you’re a back or stomach sleeper, and you’re only good for one or one and a half void moments before you’ll get leaks. If you’re using these as daywear, you’re more likely to leak while sitting or even sitting after a void. Looks-wise, I love the look, and the pull-up style is convenient as a good to go style underwear…the only downside is of course if you have to change while out and about—removal is a piece of cake, but putting on the next pair requires a Pooh Bear moment, which may be awkward if the stall isn’t very private. All told, for what I use them for I love these!

I ordered white and got white and grey stripes with a grey waste band. The waste band curls, up so that adds to the discomfort. They don’t breathe so it can get pretty warm and uncomfortable. The padding is thicker than I expected, or need, so I assume they’ll work fine.

Purchased for an elderly man. Seem to be the best and most effective adult diapers for night time use. Reported to be comfortable and very absorbent. I have subscription monthly for this item as local stores don’t always have them in stock. Highly recommended

The sizing of this product is crazy. I ordered Small/Medium and the size range was 34-50 inches. Being on the low end of the size range meant bulky excess. Uncomfortable while wearing as it made me sweat and the excess bulk made chafing uncomfortable. I do not recommend.

I tired many different brands, sizes, absorbency etc. and finally found these that work, are comfortable and fit great! These have protection where a guy needs them and not where they dont. Plenty up front and not much in the back to they are comfortable to wear all day sitting without a bulky feel.They stay in place and don't sag. Highly recommend trying these if your a man needing moderate protection. They fit so much better than other tena pullups and other brands. Have room up front for the "stuff" and can forget I have them on.
