Worked
I bought it for my husbands Halloween costume. It was light weight, plastic and easy to put together. It looked good and was priced right. It looked just like the pictures, came in parts. Color was perfect and we used it multiple nights. It held up to kids playing with it.

It served its purpose as a prop for our 7 year old's costume. its was bending though during the evening.

Cute prop, but was crooked
It worked for a costume. Nice and tall and lightweight. However, it was crooked when I put it together and I couldn't fix that. Not too badly, but it was visible if I held it up straight.

Lightweight & nice size, but NOT DURABLE
Just received the item today and assembled it right away. The gold paint is already chipped off at every joint. You can assume it will continue to chip off once it is actually used. Big bummer because the gold handle looks like it has black stripes on it. It is very very cheap. It also already bent and I had to apply gentle pressure to bend it back to straight again. Our team planned to use this for a sport season, but this will definitely not last. Not durable. It was inexpensive at least.

Paint comes off got in eye. Flimsy.
Definitely do not recommend this. It’s very flimsy, even for an adult. Didn’t notice until it was too late that paint was flaking off and managed to get into eyes. Thankfully that was handled easily but still not worth it. It looks cool when you take it out of the package but that’s about it.
