More Lunch Lines: Tear-Out Riddles for Lunchtime Giggles

This is cute but I can't use about a quarter of the jokes with my child as only an adult would get them (my son is 8). Quite a few of the terms are American too, so that doesn't help.

The jokes are all American, they don't apply to British humour. My daughter doesn't understand any of them. Unfortunately a waste of money.
