The media could not be loaded. I have been with them for 3 weeks and I must say that they have been excellent. For the cost they are, they are well worth it. I have tried them on my laptop and on my PS5 and they have gone great. If you are a gamer and you are looking for cheap and good quality headsets to start with, don't think twice and place your order.I have seen some complaining about the sound and the truth is that it sounds very very good, they should check the configuration of their equipment and make sure that the microphone is not turned off. They can be used for multiple things (music, gaming, video conferencing, stream etc). They are comfortable too :)Note that you can use the lights ONLY if you connect the Led USB plug to a USB port of course. If you connects the 3.5 mm jack plug only, you won’t get lights.I have seen negative reviews because your earphone was damaged within a few days and looking at the rating of this product and the sheer amount of good reviews, I have no doubt that the earphones did not last that long in your hands due to their own negligence in care of the product.The microphone transmits clearly. I'm a gamer and I mostly use it on the PS5 for games like Warzone, Miles Morales, GoW 4, Cyberpunk etc, and even YouTube, Spotify). If you are a fan of the COD franchises (including Warzone) or other first person shooter games, the quality 3D sound when listening to the footsteps in different directions of your ear will help you a lot to accurately identify the position of your opponent.And again, for the price that it currently has, compared to other recognized brands with a high price, I dare say that these measure up to them.If pple want something perfect, then pay $200+ from popular brands.

This headset is pretty nice from the sound quality to the nice sleek design. But the adjustability while I nice idea is very strange and doesn’t let you physically adjust it yourself. The headphone jack is pretty inconsistent sometimes with connecting. But it is 15 dollar headphones so you get what you pay for

My son is very happy with this headset. Looks slick and much better in person. Works perfectly with Xbox. Clear sound, good microphone, comfortable and lightweight.
