Pure Vita Grain Free Salmon & Peas Cat Food 6.6 Lb, Packaging May Vary

My 2 cats have always been overweight, and one of them is often constipated. I have been using this cat food for at least 4 months now. Both cats have shiny coats, are never constipated and have lost their extra weight. They both play more and just feel better. I will continue to buy this product and the only thing I could hope for would be that Amazon would get a larger package of this product so that I do not have to go elsewhere to purchase it.

I will be buying this again and again! This has far healthier ingredients than Science Diet, and all the other so called "high quality" diets. None of those dry foods is high quality. fact I don't normally feed my cats dry food at all but I have several rescue cats and kittens right now and can afford to feed them all wet food and the ingredients in this was a pleasant surprise!

My cats ate this food for several years, until I adopted a new picky eater who didn't like it. I briefly switched to a couple of other dry cat foods that were also grain free, but all of my cats gained quite a bit of weight. One also developed some urinary tract issues (I don't know if they were related). I switched back to Pure Vita about a month ago and the cats are getting back to their healthy weight, they play more, and they seem quite happy. Even the picky eater likes it now! I also love the fact that it is a truly recloseable bag with a Ziploc seal. Never had a problem with the food getting iffy at the bottom of the bag.

My cats love this stuff. It's awfully expensive, so I give them just a little to supplement their other feed. If the price weren't so painful, I'd be giving this 5 stars, or at least, my cats would. Heck, they'd give it 5 stars anyway since they don't care about price.

It's so hard to find a quality dry food for our cat with multiple allergies. Although he can eat salmon, he can't have other fish. Many brands use fish broth, fish meal, or chicken, in addition to the salmon (even though it only says 'Salmon' on the front of the bag). It's nice to have something we can feed all of our cats, instead of trying to give one cat a separate diet.

My kitty Cleo loves this food!! We’ve been through multiple vet visits, and through medication to figure out what her diarrhea was caused by. I finally decided to get her food Recommended for IBS and her bowl movements are back to normal just after a day! Will continue getting her this food and recommended it to anyone who has a cat with IBS.

My cats won't eat this anymore. They used to, but this last bag - they won't have anything to do with it. It's a mystery
