Perfect for just about anyone.
I'm a big fan Of Ms. Dubinet and I've followed over the years, however these DVD's!~ she really outdid herself on so many levels. The quality of the DVD's and level of information and entertainment was absolutely perfect. I would suggest this video for anyone at any age or sex to check this out and how tasty and healing healthy food can be.

A good DVD to get started on a raw living lifestyle but I would recommend also buying Dara's tonics DVD also
