This is the best magnesium supplement
I believe this is the best magnesium. I have problems with swelling and cramping in my legs. After I began taking these, about a year ago, the cramping has stopped completely. I take 3 a day, 1 with each meal. I had cancer a few years back and my immune system just wasn't coming back to normal. I tried everything. Could it be just a coincidence that the first blood test I had after taking this product for about 2 months showed that my immune system was finally back in the normal zone? I think it was this magnesium supplement. I have nothing bad to say about this one. It's really helping me. I'm generally not a pill taker, but if you need help and have been told magnesium will help, this is the one to get!

Great Product!
I was recently told by my doctor that I was extremely low on magnesium and I need to buy a brand that did not have any magnesium oxide in it. I found this brand and I am happy with the results that I am getting. I can finally sleep thru the night and my headaches are not as frequent.
