Q: I saw customer comment that hair was easily pulled out. Anyone else have this experience? Does the hair pull or fall out?

My daughter has had this since Christmas and I have noticed some sparkly strands on the carpet occasionally but not often. It seems to be what I would call "normal" wear and tear with regular play. I haven't seen her pulling on it deliberately but I think it's pretty well made. She carries it around everywhere, so I can imagine why some strands have fallen out. Hope this helps!

Q: What size is this doll?

About 16" long, maybe 4-5"wide. Very soft and pretty! It was Abbott th my 4 1/2 year old granddaughter. She loves it.
