Yes! It’s a plastic storage box with lid

Q: Do these stick well to fabric?

I would say, not well, as in they are not permanent. If you want to put them on permanently, you can use glue. But otherwise, they do stick on T-shirts and stay on until it's time to wash. We have a set of eyes on our fabric chair that have been on there for a week now.
