I am not a Chevy guy, but have rebuilt them when younger. Years later with all the various versions of the small block, I needed some Chevy knowledge to help me in purchasing an "older" 350CI engine for use in a street rod build. This is a great guide for ID'ing the various small blocks and components both older and contemporary types. Was very helpful and allowed my to know what to look for and keep sellers of small block engines/parts honest.

First off, Ed Staffel is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable person when it comes to Chevy small and big block motor’s. This parts interchange book is first class and should be a part of any shop that plays with and works on small block Chevy’s. I highly recommend adding it to your shop books.
