Can't tell its running
Compared to the other 2 that was in our camper already you can hardly hear it running!

Products included with this unit
I did not like that it did not come with the inside mount or grill. It says remote control on the information but does not include a remote control. The unit should be labeled as ac replacement only and does not include any mounting hardware or the remote. It cost an additional 500 dollars to get the mount and a thermostat.

No vent louvers to direct air.
Sadly there are no vents louvers to move to direct them on or off you.

Loud, leaky and cheap
Loud, and WAY too expensive for how cheaply this is built. The teeny tiny little condensation tray will frequently clog and overflow, leaking water into the ceiling, causing water damage, and drip all over the floor. 30 years behind in technology.I genuinely don't understand why these units are so expensive. Plenty of other units are half the price, quieter, large trays that don't clog, with a digital display and remote. Some even have smart phone capabilities and can connect to wi-fi and Dometic is still using Knobs
