Great taste, quality, been buying these for years and also relatively healthy
I've been buying these for years. I think it's a great product to slightly change up any dish you would normally use ground beef or turkey in. It doesn't have a "gamey" taste, if you've had bison before you will recognize it as bison. Nice rich flavor, works very well in a dish where you brown and mix with other things, but also make great burger patties if you want to have them as a normal hamburger. I actually eat these about as often as I do ground beef, so they're a regular part of my meals. If you look at the macronutrients you will see these are also pretty healthy, and for a 90/10 grind they have a great flavor and just enough fat that they cook up well.

AMAZING TASTE
SEVEN STARS!!! DELICIOUS!!! Even while it was cooking, the smell was divine... I cooked burgers on a George Foreman Grill for 6 minutes and WOWOWOWOWOW!!! Tasted just like I'd used a flame grill. Got the char and everything!! Not greasy at all. Just pure joy in my mouf! I will ONLY buy this ground bison from now on. AWESOME.

best bison !!!!!!
This is by far the best brand of ground bison out there! finely ground, no gristle, no chunks of fat (which you don't need to make flavorful) excellent flavor which is best when med rare. Even friends who think they don't like bison love this. Really excellent on Hawaiian buns. Highly recommend!

Tasty and ethically raised!
The taste is great and if you want it not so lean you can choose how much oil you want to add to it and what kind, olive oil, butter, etc. The best thing about eating bison is that they are pasture raised, which means no small pens or crowded feed lots, the result being happier, healthier animals. Choosing bison over beef is a great way to make a statement about how most cattle are raised and processed in commercial ranching. The only down side is that most pasture raised bison are also fed grain which means they are most likely being fed corn which has been genetically modified. Also while our economy is still recovering the cost of bison is rather prohibitively high for most people. For those listening a significant reduction in price would be a good motivator forgetting people to switch to bison.

Great Quality!
First time in a long time having Bison and the quality is great! Due to my surgery (liver transplant) I have to be extremely careful of my diet and I was told to check out bison. Was not disappointed, no gamey flavor I've been told about and I used my air fryer to cook it.

My favorite brand
I first tried ground bison meat over a decade ago and have since permanently switched from cow. The texture and flavor of this brand is better than beef in my opinion and I prefer this brand to any of the others out there (which also are more expensive). The texture is perfect for burgers and meatloaf. Most of the other brands are too dense. As far as the price is concerned, $12.99 is definitely more expensive than ground beef but Amazon frequently has it on sale so that’s when I stock up and stick them in the freezer
