Tastes really good with 2 oz of white rum and 3 oz of soda water. I recommend only using half a packet though as the a full packet is a little overwhelming. Tastes even better with some fresh mint and lime muddled into it as well. I have enjoyed 3-4 of these in an afternoon sitting by the pool and it hasn't knocked me out of ketosis.

These are delicious and easy to bring with you to restaurants, especially when you don’t drink and are looking for something besides water.

I didn’t love the cranberry flavor, but I liked being able to try multiple flavors at once. Fun for a party/ gathering!

I loved the strawberry Mule I haven’t tried the other flavors yet.

My low rating is not based on the product itself but in the lack of information available. I looked on all the product descriptions posted on Amazon as well as the company website for a detailed ingredient list and could not find it anywhere. Upon receipt of the product I was able to read the ingredients and found it contained Stevia Leaf Extract which is not something I can consume. As the item is non returnable I’m out of luck and $15.00.
