I bought as a gift for my husband to go with his smoker he has. He loved the knives. He was very happy using them on the brisk he smoked

They're decent knives that hold an edge reasonably well in a portable roll for a great price. They are cheap enough that I'm not going to cry if I leave them somewhere when I cook at someone else's place. And they hold an edge well enough that I know I can get the job done well. I do a lot of BBQ so it's not under of for me too have to trim ribs or brisket and cook it at a friend's or sibling's house. And with these I don't have to rely on whatever I find in their drawer of knives. I can get the job done clean them up and put them away. Easily worth the money.

I've read the good reviews and the bad. Most of the complaints were that the knives were damaged or they were dull. My arrived undamaged and sharp enough to shave with.

I was surprised at how nice these knives are based on the price. They're decent quality knives. They're easy to sharpen and hold an edge fairly well. I did bend the tip on the utility knife, which shouldn't have bent so easily, but I chalk that up to user error. They're a good size and have a decent weight and feel to them.

This is a really good set of knives for cutting briskets and big pieces of meat. The knives aren't as sharp as I like, used them out of the box but will sharpen them. Nice case so they are always together. For the money this is a great set to keep around.

My knives were horrible. So I bought this set thinking it was a cheaper option in case I didn't like them. But I really do like them. They have saved me so much time while trimming and cutting the brisket. Huge difference. Stop wasting your time with crappy knives. Invest and you'll save so much time. I wish I would have bought them a long time ago. Now I smoke a brisket here and there so I have used them 3 times and so far so good.
