Vionic Womens Tide

I love my Vionic flip flops !I buy them a whole size smaller… I wear an 8 but these are 7 .I wear them all the time and every where….Keep puppies away from them …. Chewed up so … I had to buy another pair…Love love them

Moving from flat sandals to these is going to be a noticeable difference; however it is great for aligning the spine and supporting the foot as our foundational contact with the ground. For my foot, the arch level of tide 2 is perfect and I find many of the other Vionic models too low, not supportive enough (except for the unisex that are a pinch higher than these). They take 2-3 wears to break in and are so supportive that I can wear them for days on end and hours on end without needing to use my custom orthotics.Also anyone with planter fasciitis that finds contact with shoes painful, if you have not tried it I want to recommend guasha on the bottoms of the feet and up into the arches from a qualified professional. It was a painful procedure and I was sore for about 48 hours; however it cured the issue for me. I had built up fascia from very flat feet despite high arches which was broken up by the guasha. Now I maintain it.

I have flat, narrow feet, and plantar fasciitis just developed in the last year in both of my feet (age 48). I thought I was destined for surgery or pain and crippled walking for the rest of my life, but then I visited a podiatrist, and along with stretches for my feet and some over-the-counter inserts, he suggested I look into these for summer months.In the two months that I've had these flip flops, I have worn them exclusively when I'm home (and sometimes when I'm running errands.) People have even commented on how stylish they are, not knowing they are orthotics! I even keep them by my bed so I can walk without pain first thing in the morning. They are amazing. I wish this company made all of my shoes. I will be buying more flip flops and looking into some of their other styles of shoes.As for the comments about them being heavy: I'm 5'3" and 120#. They are heavier than $1-store flip flops, but they are not heavy compared to some I've tried. I found them to be a reasonable weight and feel. And the part that goes between the toes is not irritating. Also, the size is as recommended by other reviewers: I typically wear a 7-1/2 shoe, and I ordered the half size down--perfect fit!

I have been wearing these sandals for years now and the price keeps going up and the quality seems to be going down. It seems to me that they just don’t last as long as they used to with the arch breaking down fast. I always have a pair that I wear out and a pair to wear in the house. They used to last a least a year and now I’m lucky to make it to 7 months. The arch just seemed to be made better. I don’t know if I’m the only one having this issue but I would love to know if anyone else is? I have started looking at other brands now because I am growing tired of replacing them so quickly. I walk on the inside of my feet, and was having so much pain and in desperate need of arch support. Vionic Helped so much with my feet, ankle, knee and back pain.

These are literally the only shoes I wear! Whether it's black-tie or the grocery store, I have different styles and colors, and I wear these every single day. I can't thank them enough for repairing my plantar fasciaitis. I had worn shoes with "a lot of support" before, but they were squishy. These are high and hard – which I know sounds dreadful – but they changed my life. Seriously. Hiiiighly recommend. You're welcome.

This is my third pair. I wear these constantly. They are so comfortable and easy.

The flip flops were dirty and had pet hair on them. Disgusting. I’ll stick to ordering directly from Vionic from now on.
