Q: Hi, can you use this whilst sitting down? Or would it be better to use when standing/lying?

Yeah 😂 its a brilliant wee thing about the size of a big orange 🤣...I take mine on the train to work 😂👍 & over the past 2 years have bought 3 for friends. I have a neoprene back support like a heat wrap with velcro & I put the ball in side it when i'm doing things about the house or sitting watching t.v 😁 It's a fab back & hip fixing wee fella 👍

Q: How hard is the ball?

I highly recommend this massage ball. It's solid & amazing 👍 not had a chance to put a review up yet. I bought one for myself... I have major back & muscular problems. It's brilliant got some amount of power for just a wee thing. You can lie on top of it on the floor/ stand against a wall for a deep tissue back massage 👍 I've also bought one for a friend who suffers from sciatica & he loves it too. The company are great well packaged & rapid delivery 😊

Yes it's fantastic, I bought one for myself & another for a friend. It's really sturdy & some power in it great for sore muscles, the wave setting is brilliant. 👍 When you lie on it do some yoga stretches, gets deep into the muscles ✌
