Q: Does the pillow keep you cool during the night?

No more than any other foam pillow. It is very comfortable though.

I bought them after using a name brand one for several years. Overall, it is pretty good considering it is 1/3 of the price. I did buy an extra standard pillow and take the stuffing out to split between 2 king sized pillows because they were under stuffed in my opinion, especially compared to the name brand ones. Once adding filling though, they are just as comfortable. The cooling side is more of a gimmick than anything as it feels cool at first but loses it almost immediately. I wish both sides were cooling so I could just keep flipping it.

Q: Where does this ship from ?

Not sure, but I ordered them 2 weeks ago with prime, and they still haven't shipped. I keep getting updates of "delayed shipping", but it's supposedly going to be here tomorrow... Idk how that is going to happen when it still hasn't even shipped.

Q: How do you keep the pillow cool? it was cool for the first couple of months that i used it, but doesn’t get cool anymore. can i re-activate it?

Dear, the cool memory foam pillow will be cooler and keep cooling if you use it in air conditioner room. Please put them under sunshine for long time. The strong sunshine will slowly destroy the cooling structure of the cooling bed pillows for sleeping.
