Instructions: Spray or dip your Eyeliner brush with your fix plus or adhesive; you can also pay onto your eyelid as well. Dip the brush into this Eyeshadow dust, tap your brush if needed to get the extra off and start to pat on. Apply to the lid or brow bone. With the liner; after you put your eye shadow on but before you do your mascara. Put it as close to the lashes as possible in small dashes; then connect your little dots; or you may draw a long line at once. You can wear it without eyeshadow as well.
