Q: I bought this pack. How do you use a tiny measuring spoon in the bag? One spoonful makes 1 gram or else? Please advise.

1st use of 1st pack is messy. Wash & dry the scoop after that then keep the handle clean and you're set. 1 scoop = 1 cc = 446 mg. Various products recommend 400-500 mg per dose. The powder it ultrafine and takes some banging to get it out of the scoop. In drinks it floats like talcum powder but will dissolve easily as the surface tension lets go over a minute or two (stirring and heated drink speed this up). It has a faintly sour flavor so anything sweet works, hot cocoa, oatmeal, sweetened coffee.

Q: Has it helped with weightloss?

Nope i used it as it says and it did not do anything for me i will not reorder again overrated expensive I found cup of a strong coffee about 20 minutes before workout helped much more to kick butt than this.

Q: Will this dissolve under the tongue?

Technically yes it would, however, this ingredient has a bit of a strong taste and doing so may be unpleasant. Also, there are many successful studies conducted on this ingredient based on ingesting it simply mixed into a beverage. Consuming it as a sublingual may not be necessary.

Q: What is this made from? Corn , beets Rice etc?

This product is made via a fermentation process and is not simply an extract from common ingredients.
