Love this. It works beautifully.

It's the first time I tried to light a fire this way and wanted to make my camp videos look more bush like. Thinking this is gonna be harder than others make it. So I did the same. I got me some tinders, made a pocket ball of twigs, wood shavings, 3rd strike Boom fire lit and blazing within 5 minutes. The 3rd strike, that many sparks shot off it scared me pulling my arms away. But truly it works very well and a great buy. It's probably one of my best amazon buy ever. It's brilliant.

Having had a few of these over the years, this one is about the best. They’re all pretty standard, but what let’s them down mostly is the striker. This one is excellent and gives a good, strong spark. The little bag it comes in is also handy, I keep a small bag of waterproof matches, cotton wool etc in there as well, so I’ve got a fire kit all in one place. Recommended.

Delivery was super earlier than expected.Tested it out and got a flame on my third attempt using both my knife and the striker.Comes in a nice wee bag for your kit and the clip is nice if you want to have it on your belt.

Great bushcraft toolHave to get the "nack" of using it as its quite hard to get the spark on each strike at the moment but that may be because of the coating - looking forward tontrying it out on my next adventure in the woods

I got this from amazon and when it came I liked it that much iv just bought another 2 what is good about this is the bag it come in very strong so I keep one for work and one in bug out bag so if im at work and world ends iv got mean to start fire and keep warm always best to think ahead this is what keeps you alive
