Look better, feel better, it works.
Hurray, there is no taste or smell of that sickening stench of ACV that has always kept me from allowing any vinegar into my home. Taking one capsule each morning and each evening for less than 2 weeks and so far, my appetite is less, I don't think about food all the time, my belly is less fluffy, and my blood sugar average morning readings are down several points. After taking the capsules for just 4 days a friend asked if I had lost weight. I hadn't yet, but I was less bloated so I looked like I had. I can do this!!

Got these for Energy
I got these for energy because as a busy mom I feel tired and don’t like a lot of caffeine .These worked great ! I have used other apple cider vinegar vitamins in the past but these were the best !I would recommend buying these - great price .

Love these pills
I added these to my daily vitamins because they are beneficial. I prefer the pills vs drinking acv. No negatives. Seems to help with my back aches. I don't seem to be in as much pain as I usually am.

Good for Overall Well-being
Apple Cider Vinegar supplements are good for overall well-being for many. These are not miracle supplements. I am 54 year old male with average weight and therefore I did not see any weight losses. But I did notice my digestion is better. I am less bloated. And I am sure there are other benefits but I do not notice them. I did not see any drastic changes. The capsules were easy to swallow (2 per day) with water. Recommended.

Convenient way to take ACV, especially without the acidic taste in mouth.
There are a number potential health benefits associated with apple cider vinegar. Studies have shown positive aspects relating to blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and weight loss. The conventional way to consume ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) is to mix a tablespoon into 8 ounces of water, and chug it down (at least that's how i do it). Then I rinse out my mouth a few times, because of the acidity of the ACV, to protect the teeth. It's a process.So, compare that to just swallowing one capsule. The label states that a serving size is 2 capsules, but according to the directions take one capsule twice a day with food. A much easier and palatable manner to consume ACV. Beyond the convenience factor, it also minimizes (actually eliminates) the potential risk to the teeth. And you don't have to deal with the vinegar taste.The label displays certifications/badges for Made In USA and GMP. The GMP certifies Good Manufacturing Practices, which ensures the integrity of the product. This checks off an important box.Overall, I feel it's a very worthwhile product, delivering 650mg of ACV per capsule. As such, it receives a 4.25 - 4.5 star rating, with a high level recommendation.
