First off my rating is no reflection on the seller at all. Packaging was great and came in perfect condition. So now about the item. It's fine. The price in my opinion is a bit high for what you receive considering I spent 40 more dollars for the 18 inch Annabelle. I'm not removing her from the package so she is displayed as received. I think my biggest issue with these Annabelle dolls is the casing. Yes I understand they cannot come in a wood and glass box, but the packaging looks very cheap to me on all these dolls. One thing I will say for this one is at least the door opens or so it says and the interchangeable faces who have significantly more features of the Annabelle movie doll. Final thoughts: If your a die hard fan of Annabelle, you will enjoy this. If your not concerned about the case then I'd recommend buying it. The price will go up as did the Crooked Man from Conjuring 2, so if you want it, I'd advise buying it now.

First, the seller is great, this review is strictly for the product. If you leave everything in the box for display, this is probably a good product for you. If you remove from the box to display, this item is very cheap and a bit frustrating to get it to display how you want it to. Her "glass" case is very flimsy, and I was worried it may get damaged because, problem two, the product barely fits in it of you sit her down properly in the chair. Her legs are just terrible to get aligned and bent correctly. While trying to get her adjusted in the chair, her torso separates from her lower body pretty easily. I finally get her all adjusted, put her in the case, shut the door, and she doesn't quite fit so the back of the chair lifts up and she goes off center in the chair. It's just frustrating to keep everything together and lined up for display. I ended up using a twist tie to secure her to the chair, I worked well enough. Shut the door and it presses up against her and have to force it and it leaves a little gap on the hinge side. Once you get it, it looks good, but the price is too high for as flimsy and poorly manufactured as it is. Look cool on display, of they would have added one centimeter to the depth of the case, it would have been much better.

Front velcro flap was intentionally cut off, you can tell by the clean cut of the cardboard. Now I cannot use this for display purposes. Expect a return. DO NOT BUY from Bigg Time Sales, these are the damaged products they sell to their customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you BTS!!!

Excellent lookalike doll of Annabel,bought for a Christmas gift,would highly recommended.

Item arrived appeared to be a second hand with damaged box and packaging was put back in upside down, there are scatches on the doll cabinet and seal sticker was broken! Im very disapointed and wont even be bothered to send it back for refund!
