Q: how long it lasting after full charge?

The 650mAh raiting, is above most normal alkaline ratings. Actual discharge rate will be dependent upon the load that is applied to the battery.

Q: Can it recharge through battery clips or only micro USB?

The battery can only recharge using the USB port. I haven’t been able to charge it through the battery terminals.

Q: This battery comes with the usb cable

Yes, mine came with a short USB cable. However, I use my cellphone charger & cable. My first time charging this battery took about 5hrs. The 2nd time I charged it was 2 weeks later (not that it needed) it took 45min. I use this battery to power my guitar shure wireless transmitter.
