DF1700- Heavy Duty Flat Olympic Weight Bench by Deltech Fitness- 750 lb Capacity- Super Strong and Solid

The greatest compliment I can give is that when I bench press and lay back on this thing and lift the bar, it feels just like it would if I were at the gym. There is no wobble or feeling that your life is in danger with this bench. It is rock solid and a must buy for a home gym. Assembly was one hour and directions were clear with hardware packaged in an easy to understand manner. I love my bench and feel very safe when I bench. I've lifted for over 20 years and have had many home benches, and this is the best by far. This was $200 well spent.

Arrived three days after shipping. Shipping was by UPS and was excellent, nice driver and boxes were in perfect shape. Powder coating looks very good. All parts and assembly hardware were included and top notch. Assembly was simple and took about 45 minutes just because I've learned to not do a final tightening until all parts are in place. This experience was a 10 0ut of 10.

If your looking for a good solid study flat bench for your home gym this is it. If your a serious weightlifter and can bench 225lbs+ this is the bench for u. Trust me, i am a workout addict. There’s obviously better, more expensive benches out there, but this is a good 1 for the money. This bench press is almost like gym quality and it comes with adjustable hooks. The only thing I wish this bench had was safety hooks in case u get stuck, but since I’m an experienced lifter I don’t need it. I’m buying barbell chains next!!!

Very good solid product, just as good as the gym !

Considering the price this is an excellent bench. It's very stable and easy to put together. The unit I received was missing the bolt hardware for assembly, so I had to go to the local hardware store and spend about $16 to get it together. That had a lot to do with my impatience to start using it, as Deltech shipped me the missing parts very quickly after I notified them. The box had a good sized hole punched in it in shipment, so they could have fallen out. Not a real issue.The only issue I have with the bench is the bar rests, which has been noted by other owners. They tighten up solid enough to provide confidence and are adjustable, but not quite as solid as the clip plates bolted to the uprights that some higher-end units have. Many of those have several clip positions, with the lower serving as a spot in case you fail before getting all the way back up. I think cost-wise for manufacturing they could switch and improve the bench w/o spending more to build.Overall a great, solid bench for the money. I haven't seen one better in this price range. Big platform bench inspires confidence. If not for the bar clamps I've have given it a 5 for sure.

Got my son this bench..... Best bench on Amazon ....... No incline .. No decline ... No leg lifts .. No preacher curls ... Just a solid bench ... I would suggest to let your son or daughter, get the flat bench down before doing incline and decline. They can always do that in the weight room in school, with a spotter.... This bench is for use with olympic weights. This bench is not a POS, it's top of the line. With this bench during the summer, they can stay ahead of the others guys on the fb team, and in the weight room. Get them this bench, olympic weights, with a straight bar and a curling bar. That's enough to turn them into hulks.

The bar holder should keep the bar over your chest. To accomplish this you would have to scoot your body so that your head hangs off in space. You either have to reach back and lift up over your face and pull the weights toward your chest or push off while your head hangs off in space.I like the bench so will be making a plywood bench that is long enough to rest my head and have the bar over my chest.Addition:Manufacturer says you can rotate the padded bench part 180 degrees and it fixes the problem of your head hanging off in space.. it is exactly the same distance no matter which way you flip it.. your head hangs off the bench. I’m only 5’8”… it would be worse for a bigger person.

This is my first bench Ive ever boughten.This bench is clean as hell.The few things I love about this flatbench is that is it very affordable to buy this well made machine & feels very durable,stable & has perfect hard steel, the padding on the bench is very stable leather looking & softcushion that I can lay there all day. Easy simple assembling the bench and I also got a cool Deltech sticker to attach on the bench to make it look more BADASS.I rate this excellent Deltech bench 6 out of 5 STARS.
