Q: I don't run or lift. I just want an extremely comfortable, great looking, great arch support, and wide toe shoe. Thoughts?

They are comfy but they are minimalist shoes so you have to be a little used to that feel. There is a hugged barefooted feel to them.

All our shoes are neutral, but if you need inserts, you can remove the footbed to use your own. These shoes are wide fitting and great looking, but the drop is minimal at 4 mm, so has less cushioning than the F-Lite 260 Knit for example, but they are still great everyday wear shoes. If you do prefer more cushioning, the F-Lite 260 Knit would be a better option, but if you are used to a low drop, these are great for you!

Q: How good are these shoes with agility/sprinting work? Looking for a good all around shoe good for lifting and conditioning type workouts.

My husband wears these shoes. He likes them for agility type workouts and they're good for mixed lifting and agility wods. He prefers the Reebok nano 9's for lifting as he feels they provide greater stability.
