Power Issues
Functionally, does what it says (not that complicated). The biggest issue with this product is you have to replace the 4 AA-batteries every 8-10 days (not a typo)! And as coincidence would have it, the alarm then goes off at 2am to let you know the batteries are low (twice now). Not worth the hassle, find another solution. Not sure how this product ever made it to market with such a fundamental flaw.

Works great, one simple fix to resolve any battery issues you may have.
Noticed that you can’t use rechargeable AA batteries as the voltage of a recharge AAis 1.2v as opposed to 1.5v for non rechargeable battery. I connected 4 D Cell batteries in the hope that it lasts longer. Overall excellent product and will obviously pay for itself the first time it detects a serious leak.
