I love Taste of Home recipes and am always looking for healthy ones. This book fits the bill. The ones I have tried so far have been great.

We love the Lentil Soup as well as the Spicy Beef Vegetable Stew. The pages are easy to read and directions easy to follow. I bought it used and the pages had been wet but none stuck together. Saved $ that way. I recommend any Taste of Home cookbook. They're my favorites.

We flike Taste of Home recipes because they tell you the calories and serving sizes, important information that mmost recipies omit. The serving sizre is critical when on a diet. Recommend this series

This is the cookbook you need if you’re just starting out with an Instant Pot. The beginning explains how to use the instant pot and then the recipes are simple and easy to follow and good! because they come from Taste of Home which is a go to for trusted recipes on any day.

So nice to FINALLY find a lower fat, homecooking style cookbook for our Instant Pot. I have already made several recipes from this book and have book marked several more to try in the near future.

I went through the recipe book, page by page. The recipes looked simple and the color photos enticed me immediately. I was ready to prepare Pork &Apple Curry. Imagine my astonishment when the pages started separating from the binding. I had only looked through it once, like a picture book. I love Taste of Home recipes but am disappointed in their poor production.

This is a very good cookbook! Easy recipes, and healthy ones from your InstantPot. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone who enjoys using the InstantPot, and wants healthy recipes.

So this cookbook arrived and is much better than expected. I have another Taste of Home Instant Pot cookbook that is just so-so, but THIS volume is so much better. Although there are one too many recipes calling for barbecue sauce, there are also some new and interesting recipes here. I am really looking forward to cooking from this book. It’s a good addition to my collection and yours as well.
