Reasonable carb free substitute
Just started a keto diet, so am adapting to life without carbs (noodles, pasta rice etc) & these do a pretty decent job as an alternative. The texture for all the varieties is pretty much like that of rice noodles, so it is a little different than usual spaghetti or rice & wouldn't work as a substitute in all dishes, it's also quite watery & slippery so the food 'sticks' to it less than it might with something more carby... However, it's decent as a substitute, just remember to give it a good rinse before using. It's better value than in the shops too but each portion is only really enough for 1 person...

Absolutely fantastic!
Amazing product for those wanting to lose weight on any diet plan - virtually no calories, fat, carbs or protein but super filling - like pasta they have no flavour on their own but take on any flavour you put into them - I wish I’d known about them years ago!
