Q: Do these slippers have arch support?thanks

I absolutely love these slippers! I have a super high arch in my foot and these slippers support it perfectly, while cupping my heal. I'm about to order my 3rd pair of these slippers. I still wear the other ones which are between 2-3 years old. The support is still there for the older ones, but since I wear them every chance I can, they are starting to show some wear. I highly recommend these slippers.

Q: How do I clean these? can they go in the washer like a sneaker?

I throw my Gemma slippers in the washing machine with like colors (knit pants or towels, but not anything delicate). I use cold water and regular detergent. They are left to air-dry overnight. When wearing them the first time after washing, they may feel slightly tighter, but they seem to ‘stretch out’ back to their normal size within a few minutes.

Q: I wear a 5.5 size shoe and they don't offer this size. Does this slipper run big or small?

These slippers definitely run big. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 shoes and always buy size 8 Vionic/Orthaheel slipper

Q: Are these slippers good if I have very little arch?

I don't have much arch either. The shoes are very comfortable and I can wear them all day long when I am staying in the house. I noticed a little arch when I first put them on but got used to it very quickly. I am very pleased with the shoes.
