Beautiful umbrella
I love this umbrella. I bought it for two reasons. 1- to keep me dry when it rains and 2- to look pretty in my bamboo hall tree. It's lightweight and a beautiful blue color, it opens and closes so easily, two people can stay dry under it and no one walks off with it because it's not black. I also love the wooden handle- this is a very classy umbrella.

Great for now!
I use this everyday on rainy walks. The look and feel of the handle is perfect. The colors are sleek.I haven't tried it yet on a windy stormy day, but for my particular uses I have enjoyed it.One thing I would change is that the clasp should have direction as to where it's supposed to clip into. Sometimes I have a little trouble getting it to close.Size is large enough for 1 person comfortably.

Worth the price
Pro:As advertisedVery stylishLarge area of protectionCon:Not compact (as expected)No wind ventilation at the very top, so can be vulnerable to strong windsOverall worth it for the style and the large size

Surprisingly good quality and build
The build quality is surprisingly nice, it seems like it provides good sun protection and definitely more wind resistance than a small baby umbrella, since the arms of the umbrella have strong springs in them. I would probably be concerned about long term use of the wooden handle going up and down the shaft of the umbrella, but I just received it so we’ll see. It is very easy to use with one click of a button to open the umbrella, the people that complain about the umbrella being hard to close are just being weak because it’s really easy to close. The weight of the umbrella isn’t that heavy at all but obviously it’s a larger umbrella so it’s not easily transportable like a mini umbrella but it looks very classy and can easily fit two people (me and my girlfriend who are about 110lbs and I am 140lbs) and we could probably fit our backpacks too and not get wet from the rain.

Seems Good
Haven't gotten to try it out in the rain/wind yet. Seems study though. But there are 2 things I don't like about it already. The entire rod of the umbrella is wood, from the handle to the tip, which causes some friction when opening and closing it. And I'm sure it'll start splintering after some use. The second is that the product images say it "auto opens and closes" which is doesn't. It's just an auto open umbrella and you still have to manually close it. We'll see how it works though.

Classic umbrella
Searched the stores high and low to find an umbrella with a wooden hook handle. They don’t seem to make them anymore! Totes is tried and true classic brand that makes a long lasting product. Great coverage, not quite golf sized but big!!
