Apple iPhone XS, 256GB - Gold (Renewed)

Bought this phone after my iphone 7's battery became so depleted as to be unusable. Arrived within 2 days. Came with a wall adapter, a lightning cable and a very useful sim remover tool. The phone is literally brand new with no signs of markings, scratches or damage. The battery is at 100%, which is fantastic! Very, very impressed with the ease, speed, quality and price of this product. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a virtually new phone at a fraction of the price. Thanks

Super fast delivery. Item arrived well packaged. No screen protector enclosed, as advertised, but I keep my phone in a good quality case so I wasn’t overly bothered. Did come with a sim opening tool, charger wire and plug head. Condition of phone is excellent, honestly looks like new. I have been using it now for a couple of weeks and everything works as it should, face recognition and touchscreen both very responsive. Battery life is great, lasts all day. Battery health was at 87%, which I’m happy with for a refurbished phone. Very pleased with my purchase, would highly recommend.

The phone is good for a used device. All works fine just two things to mention is that the battery was with 81 percent healt only and few small scraches on the screen. However a screen protector solved any visible scraches and the battery actually holds well in real life. Overall good value for the money and happy with the purchase.

Phone was in perfect condition when it arrived, no scratches or signs of wear. Came in a generic box with a non official apple charger. All was good when I set the phone up, everything worked great and I was really happy. However, I put the phone on charge with the charger provided in the box and witching an hour the charger was smoking and so was the phone!! The battery had swollen and was extremely dangerous so I had to throw it out. Amazon refused to refund as I was unable to send the phone back. It was not safe to return and I was not bringing it back in my house. The phone I reckon was absolutely fine, but the non official charger obviously was not suitable. And because of this the phone is now destroyed and I’m out of pocket by £560!

Beautiful phone better than original description, as new condition

At first glance this phone looked good. It was meant to be in excellent condition, but there were some specks on the colour of the phone. This was only very minor so we overlooked it at everything else seemed spot on. Thereafter we noticed that when we came to use the camera it wasn't working properly and later discovered the flash light also wasn't working. Assuming this was perhaps a software issue we tried resetting, which fixed some elements of the issue but not all. After trying different reset options we decided to contact Apple who asked us to bring it into store. There we discovered that the camera itself needed replacing and during a fully diagnostic test that the battery was also not very good considering the excellent condition implying that the battery should have been much better. We reached out to the seller to reimburse the ~£150 repair costs with Apple who provided a trade in price of £130. The seller offered to repair it themselves with non Apple parts, but at this point we were a bit disheartened that it had been misold to us and decided it was probably easier to just find a new phone and not have to deal with all these issues. Not a great first experience with refurbished sales.

Received the phone as per delivery estimate. Very pleased with the condition of the phone, it was excellent and very well packaged. Came with a very generous gift of a tempered glass screen cover from the supplier. So far the phone has been fine and I have no reason to think that it won’t be, but you never know when you purchase a refurb item. It is like a minefield choosing a company to purchase a refurbished phone from but I’m pleased I got one from these guys.

It's a shame that I have to combine my experience of the phone as a functioning device, the state it was delivered in and the quality of service. The level of service was exemplary. I had an issue (a nasty scrape in the edge of the screen with a few tiny dints that whilst almost invisible, showed up when applying a screen protector), which was dealt with by customer services within minutes of me raising it with Amazon. Truly the best customer service I've ever encountered. Polite and helpful with a positive outcome. If there had been a replacement phone available, I would have accepted it without hesitation and I feel very safe in buying from this seller, Buyur, again. The phone itself is exactly what regular iPhone users have come to expect. The OLED screen is really bright and the colours are deeper. The resolution is noticeably better, which I didn't think I would be able to detect. I've never used facial recognition as a lock before and I'm still a bit skeptical about it. I still prefer a fingerprint sensor. A rear sensor, like some android handsets, would have been a clever option. I'm not the first one to say this. I've only considered upgrading due to the impending OS update that no longer supports anything before the iPhone 8. Apart from anything else, I like to be able to service my own phones and the later generations have the unreasonable locking of parts to the CPU.
