Needed a meter for home use. This one was perfect for my needs and good quality. Easy to read, just needed to refer to manual or various functions.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the instrument and the test wires. This unit comes with alligator clip test leads and regular test leads. Both are high quality, and the alligator clip leads are a great bonus not available on other multimeters. I like the size of the display and its clarity is excellent, a welcome relief to not have to put on reading glasses. Have not tested all features, but did test DC voltage, DC amperage, Resistance, and temperature. My only complaints are the maximum range on a particular setting should be identified on the display that has plenty of room to show this and the user manual is very minimal and in no particular order. Safety section should be expanded, especially since this unit will measure up to 600 amps and high voltages. Also, installing or changing the battery requires a slim Phillips head screwdriver.

Nice meter with a lot of features for the money. If it had been designed with with a probe holder built into the meter I would have given it 5 stars.

I've had Fluke, Simpson, Extech, and other meters that were good meters that I've worn out over time. It was time for another new meter and I chose this one for it's measurement features. I've been using this meter for a year now and I believe I like it better than any of the others that I've used personally or professionally (I was a professional electronics engineer). As a retiree, I now develop electronics control/monitoring systems and software for the Marine market and use this meter on average at least every other day. It stays calibrated and has the features I needed. Perfect!

This is a excellent meter for the price. I checked the calibration against my high dollar Fluke and it was perfect. I'm able to check electronic components in the field and the temperature probe is an great addition to have. It comes with a good assortment of test leads and a nice case. I particularly like the big screen and the auto adjust for light conditions. I'll have to check back after some time to attest to it's durability.

The primary reason I purchased this multimeter was for the magnet so that I could secure it to a flat vertical surface while doing my testing. The magnet is super weak and won’t even support the weight of the tool as advertised in the seller’s listing. The seller refused to replace it with a unit that had a stronger magnet. Overall, the build quality is very cheap and it failed at least two accuracy tests, using higher resistance measurements so ultimately I sent it back.

The initial impression was spoiled by the device being delivered with a battery too old (3 months shy of expiration) to power it. It would start up, initialize the display, and beep, but then turn off and repeat. I thought it was broken, but a new battery fixed it. The main leads do not match the Amazon picture and are needle sharp, which is not my preference, and one fit too loosely to be trustworthy before I adjusted it. The leads with alligator clips stick up out of the holes and don't seem to match the device. It probably works OK, but I have to review what was ordered, and it isn't doing very well at that.

An excellent meter for the hobbyist or professional. Excellent value too!

ce multimètre fonctionne super bien la seule chose négative c est que la batterie qui est fournie avec ce multimètre avait coulée donc inutilisable mais j en avait une autre toute neuve que j ai remplacé et le multimètre fonctionne très bien je le recommande

The multimeter offered more types of measurements that expected. The reason for the purchase was the ability to read a 20 amp draw with it did and therefor saved me a lot of money in diagnosing a fault in my vehicle.
