The carbon steel ball valve with stainless steel ball is made of high-quality A105, this outlet valve is robust and durable. The ideal shut-off valve for the chemical sector, the food industry or as a high-quality shut-off valve in the household or garden. The water distributor has an internal thread on both sides compliant with ISO 7-1 (EN 10226-1) M - M.
The internal flow of the outlet tap is straight and allows an optimal and full flow and thus has a low flow resistance. The permissible operating temperature is -30ºC / +250°C and the maximum operating pressure is 255bar.
The lever handle mounted at the top for closing and opening the ball valve is easy to operate, whether unpressurised or under pressure. The ball seal is made of PEEK for optimum stability and durability even at very high temperatures.
The ball valve is widely used and is used in mechanical equipment, industrial plants, water supply and drainage equipment, etc. and e.g. for garden, water pump, water barrel square, outdoor water tap, water barrel connection, rainwater collector, water connection, etc.
This high pressure ball valve can be used as a rotary valve for steam, saturated steam, hot water or as a shut-off valve for heating. The ball valve is also suitable for pressure stages ASME B16.34 Class 1500, PN63, PN100, PN 160, PN250, 3700 PSI
