Great gimbal
Use it with a Nikon z6 II and a 24-70mm lens so it's at the maximum weight it can tolerates and it works well it's easy to set and definitely better than alternatives like the newer ones that can't change the battery it comes from or don't come with a good box.The good things are1_Battery last like 10 hours if balance are good2_Good case3_Works well with a mirrorless and big lens4_Easy to set up5_Very cheap relative to alternatives6_Battery can be changed for a newer one if it stops durating as much as a new one7_Great alternatives for configurationThe bad things1_There is a problem i found with the cable and my nikon in certain conditions such as a shock causing a vibration while weird i found a problem that the camera stops recording randomly and the cable is the problem it needs to be reconnected but anything filmed was lost.I know it's a cable problem so for important speeches or parts of a wedding i had to disconnect the cable due to this weird problem and activating the camera manually instead than from the gimbal, i suspect this would not happen with a bluetooth connected gimbal, still it's a very weird problem i tough it was memory cards at first but now i know it's from the cable.2_Setting it up for the first time is a pain, you will need to see 15 youtube videos to understand how it works3_The normal config is crap, you will need to enter with your phone and create your own profiles to work with it for example profile 1 smooth, profile 2 keeping horizontal line stable profile 3 a clone of 1 but faster, the original ones make little sense, this is good in some ways as it forces you to learn how to use it but maybe in newer gimbals with screens they have already multiple profiles ready to use.4_Only 3 active profiles if you want to use more you need to change one of these 3 from a phone and it looks bad to be using a phone in an event, i found 3 to be ok but if you want to try others you will be forced to use a phone.5_The case says "dji" this is not a bad thing, in fact the case is great but the fact that it says dji means that most people will associate with drones and walking with it in a shady area may make you a target for thieves.

Easy to use, Great quality and Amazing Value
The media could not be loaded. I didn't buy this Gimbal to save money. I bought it specifically to use with the A7c and keep my video rig as light as possible. I film content creation so I am holding this thing for hours and hours. The SC is lighter than the pro models and one of the lightest gimbals that can load up to 4 lbs. It's easy to use, very sturdy and the motors have great durability. You can set 3 different custom modes, the mobile app lets you fine-tune each setting and get it the way you want. I like the simplicity. I don't need LCD screens on my gimbal. I just need 3 modes. POV/sport - Pan only - and 360. It has bonus features like tracking with your phone, wireless control, and panorama. I haven't really used these much. The Pano feature is a bit complicated.Balancing is relatively easy. Once you get the hang of it. It took me about 3 tries and I've gotten good enough at balancing to change prime lenses in the middle of filming and balance in less than a minute. The footage is a bit smoother than the DJI OM4 I phone Gimbal. I had no jitters but you could see the walking patterns. Premiere pro cleans up most of it but if you want ultra smooth you'll want the Sony software. If you're using this with other cameras, Premiere auto Stabilization will work 75% of the time.I messed up in this example clip, but what you want to do is record B-roll type stuff in 60 FPS and slow it down to 30 and the movement will be much smoother than in my clip.

Good beginner item
I’ve had this item for about three months overall it takes some time getting used to and it can take time to set up and I also took it with me on a film set and it performed very well it is definitely made for lighter end cameras having a camera on it was very stable but when I put a phone on it, it was extremely hard to get balanced so if you were buying this to put your phone on and record videos, I would recommend looking somewhere else, but if you are buying this to film on with a camera I think it’s a great beginner choice

Great Buy for the Money!
Wow! Great value for the money. Reasonably easy to use, great battery life and super stable. It’s a perfect size for my Sony A7III but would buy a larger gimbal for anything heavier.

Not Compatible with Android. Basically Zero Customer Service
DJI does not provide usable instructions on how to mount a camera on the gimbal. For that you have to find a good youtube video. The DJI youtube video is useless. Second, to auto-tune it you have to use the camera app which does not open on Android. So you're S-O-L unless you have an iPhone. There is, according to the Quick Start Guide, a way to auto-tune it manually: you press and hold the M button and the trigger simultaneously for four seconds. And then? No clue. That is literally all the quick start guide says. I went to the DJI website to access their chat to ask. It was during hours of operation and low and behold their chat services were closed. I sent an email. The autoreply email told me to try a chat. Clicked on the link and was in a chat room. I sent a message and it replied that the chat had ended "Click X to start a new one." Clicking X closes the screen. I went back to the link in the email to try again and it was Groundhog Day. I downloaded the full manual from their website and it reads: "DJI Ronin-SC needs to be activated through the Ronin app before using it for the first time." It says I need Android version 7 or higher. I have version 12. So this product is completely unusable. I have no idea if I can activate it using a friend's iPhone and then operate it without a phone in the future because the operating manual doesn't say anything on the subject. What a joke. Returning this garbage tomorrow.
