Q: How do you turn the triceratops off while still in the box?

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. I came home from work and found it lying on the bed...my husband tore the box open to turn it off. The on/off switch is on the bottom. It is tied down in the box pretty tight but you might be able to slide your finger under triceratops and turn it off.

Q: My son’s makes a mechanical noise anytime it is moving, is this normal? I also haven’t seen the head move on it’s own yet. Is it supposed to?

I’m not sure. I’ve seen it hopping up and down and making sounds. I don’t think the head moves. I have a pair of ferrets who like to play with it. I have 2 Fur Real tigers that they also like playing with. I love the electronic toys.

Q: I bought this for christmas and i’m. it sure if the head is supposed to move mechanically or it just sits there, the one i bought doesn’t move.

There is a switch button on the bottom. Also, if sits and doing nothing - touch the invisible button on head (between horns, orange area).
