It has nothing to do with gay or straight. It's the type of razor. The blade is a straight edge. Lol

Q: Can I sharpen the blades with a strop, or do I need to throw them away every time?

Lmao no. These are derby feather bladed they are razor sharp. The strop ones are for the metal only edges that won't get as close of a shave as the feather blades. Also it's $7 bucks for 100 blades. It's super cheap and you can use a blade at least 2 times maybe 3. Depending on how thick your beard is. But it's good to get into the habit to change them every 2 times so you don't get a crappy shave or cut yourself more often

Yes...I was able to somehow get the first razor in...but still can't get out that one out to replace
