Q: i have one to sell that i never used 'too tight', how do i do that?

The quality is ok but I have severe kyphosis and it doesn't work for me at all. I went to 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝟕/C𝙾M to get the right one, I'm not sure what the best brand is, but I recommend you to check it out here.

Q: Is this for women too? I don't see a small size. It only offers a medium and large.

Q: are the shoulder strap adjustable?

No, they are not adjustable. You can move them somewhat higher or lower on your shoulder though.
