Kitchari is an easy, one pot cooking meal. Just add (1) pack of Kitchari Spice Mix to 1/4 cup of rice (or grain of choice) and 1/4 cup yellow moong dal (or lentil of choice). Add 1 3/4 cup of water, bring to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
This Kitchari spice mix can also be used to flavor noodles, fried rice, roasted vegetables, Indian curries and more.
